Today's Northeastern PK-12 video has special guest appearances from Northeastern Elementary Principal Mrs. Denise Jones, Northeastern Middle School Principal Mr. Zack Dobbelaere, and Northeastern High School Principal Mr. Todd Justice.
We have moved everything out of South Vienna Elementary & Middle School, and abatement is underway. Bricks from this building will be available in the future for people to take as a memento once the building is demolished. Since we are still in the beginning stages of the abatement, we do not have an estimated date yet for when the bricks will be available, but we will let the community know when it is possible to pick up a brick.
The new Northeastern PK-12 is located on the property behind the current South Vienna Elementary School and is slated to open at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year.
